Learning Strategist

Friends School of Portland, a small independent Quaker school serving students in PS-8, is seeking an experienced Special Educator/ Instructional Strategist to  provide assessment, consultation, case management, and direct student support. Qualified candidates should have an advanced degree in special education or a related field and at least five years' experience as a special educator in the elementary grades, including formal evaluation experience.  Reading Specialist or Reading Recovery training, ELL endorsement, and Math Recovery training preferred.
