Stories by the Garden
During the six weeks of summer programs, FSP hosts Stories by the Garden on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. Maine authors and illustrators present children's stories and activities, and we usually have one children's song session. Free and open to the public. Bring a picnic lunch and stay to enjoy the island!
Past presenters include National Book Award winning author Phil Hoose, Katie Clark, Annie Sibley O'Brien, Scott Nash, Cathryn Falwell, Jamie Hogan, Reza Jalali, Ellie Chase, Amy McDonald, Beth Cadena, Jeannie Brett, and Sarah Thompson. This year's dates are listed below.
